Our full-service station serves hot, freshly baked potato knishes customized cart-side at a toppings bar with both classics and unexpected favorites: mustard, hot honey, chili oil, pickle slices, and more. Smaller packages without the cart are available upon request.

Our knishes are made with 100% vegan and kosher ingredients in a kosher-style kitchen. We're currently working toward kosher certification. Reach out if you'd like to know more! We don't currently offer gluten-free knishes.
